If your request to cancel reaches us before your order is dispatched (this normally would have to be within 12 hours from the moment when you paid for the order), we gladly refund your money.

We are sorry that normally we do not accept returns once an order is dispatched.

Vast majority of our customers are happy with their purchase. However, there may be incidents when you may want your goods returned back to us for a refund.

Please note that due to extreme fragility of our stock, from our past experience, you generally would not be able to properly handle and package the item and therefore returned purchases are in most cases not in the original condition and are not re-sellable.

This means that unfortunately, we generally would not accept returns and no refund will be paid.

In addition, please consider that your postage expenses would take considerable part of the refund, which further would not make the refund feasible.

We may, at our discretion, occasionally consider special circumstances under which we may accept your return and provide a refund. Please contact us in this case.
