Payment process on our website is very simple and intuitive. It is based on a shopping cart (basket) concept. You add an art print or poster to the shopping cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. You can review and change items and quantities in the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Add to cart" or "View cart" buttons. The "View cart" button is always visible at the top of the page.
Shipping cost for your order is calculated dynamically by our system as you add or remove items. The shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order and the shipping method that you select, and is included in the total amount on the "Shopping cart" page. On that page you can see cost for every item in your cart, as well as shipping cost and the total cost of your order, before making your payment.
Our authorized payment processor is PayPal (www.paypal.com). To complete your payment, you will be required to login to PayPal page and provide your credit card details to them.
As soon as you complete your payment, you receive a notification of processed payment from PayPal. At the same time details of your order are sent to our order fulfillment system and soon after you receive an email confirmation of your order from our system. Your order is then picked from our storage facility, carefully packed in a sturdy mailing tube and mailed to you. We usually use Australia Post as our primary shipment partner.
If you are not happy with any of our terms, or if you change you mind after paying for your order, please contact us as soon as possible to choose a replacement or cancel your order.
Note. You can only canncel your order before it is dispatched.
